DisTanz in Hamburg

We were fortunate to make it to Hamburg, Germany this fall to be a part of the National Youth Ballet of Germany’s creation DisTanz. It was inspiring to work with the dancers throughout the development of the show and to experience the connection between music and dance. At one point during the performances, some of us stood to face the stage and connect our improvisations with the dancers’ movements. Watching the excellent choreographers involved in this project work was a privilege!
